  • Do you offer customization for all products?

    A Please elaborate on your specific requirements, and we will meticulously design and produce products tailored to your exact needs.
  • Regarding returns and claims for discrepancies or damages, please note the following

    A
    Any claims for product discrepancies or damages must be filed within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
    If your shipment is made through FedEx agents or regular carriers, kindly record any damage details promptly on the delivery receipt upon receipt and request an inspection from the carrier immediately.
    If your package appears to be lost, please call us immediately, and we will promptly track the shipment or arrange for a reshipment.
    All returns require pre-authorization and must be clearly marked as "Return." Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of authorization, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
  • Maritime transport-related issues

    A After the shipment of goods, we will send the invoice, packing list, waybill, pictures, test report, bill of lading or express tracking number to the customer. Of course, we will follow up the delivery of the goods and send a notification of the goods to the customer. Please sign and send the company's inventory list by fax within 3 days after receiving the goods. If we do not receive your faxed confirmation of the inventory list within one week after the shipment of the goods, we will consider that you have received the goods.

  • what is the Ritano’s Returns and Repairs?

    A Any discrepancy or claims for damage must be made within 7 days after you received the goods.If shipment was via FedEx agent or a common carrier,properly note the damage on the shipping receipt,and immediately request an inspection. If your parcel appears to be lost,call and we will trace the shipment or re-ship as soon as possible.
    All returns must be pre-authorized and clearly marked "returned goods" and returned within 10 days (customer is responsible for all return shipping costs).
    All repairs or returns must be pre-arranged through RITANO's Customer Service Manager. Please do not return any goods without prior authorization,thanks in advance.
  • What is Ritano’s Package & Shipping,Trade Terms?

    Shipping:
    1. FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS express Door-Door service;
    2. By Air or by Sea for FCL; Airport/ Port receiving;
    3. Customers specifying freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods;
    4. Delivery Time:within1~2 days for samples;within3~5 days for Official order.
