Any claims for product discrepancies or damages must be filed within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
If your shipment is made through FedEx agents or regular carriers, kindly record any damage details promptly on the delivery receipt upon receipt and request an inspection from the carrier immediately.
If your package appears to be lost, please call us immediately, and we will promptly track the shipment or arrange for a reshipment.
All returns require pre-authorization and must be clearly marked as "Return." Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of authorization, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
